1. Aim of Terms and Conditions

6. Purchasing and Pricing

7. Establishing the Seller and Customer contract
7.1 The Seller will send You an email to confirm that either “Goods have been dispatched” or that “Services have been accepted” and this is known as the “dispatch confirmation”.
7.2 This confirms acceptance of your order and establishes the contract between You and the Seller unless the Seller notifies You that of any of the following applies;
7.2.1 The Product or Products is/are out of stock.
7.2.2 The Product or Products was/were displayed at an incorrect price due to an error in the pricing information or due to a typographical error.
7.2.3 The Seller does not accept Your order.
7.2.4 Deliveries are unable to be made to Your address/location.
7.2.5 You have cancelled your order and therefore the contract in accordance with these Terms Section 8 below.
7.3 Your Products cannot and will not be despatched and/or Your Service cannot and will not be supplied until the full payment amount due is received. In the unlikely event that Your Products are despatched in the absence of receiving full payment, the right and title to the Products shall remain with the Seller until the full payment amount is received. Similarly, in the unlikely event that Services are supplied in the absence of receiving the full payment amount, an invoice will be issued by the Seller which must be settled immediately upon its receipt.
7.4 In the event that Your order is refused, the Seller will notify You by e-mail and will refund the sum deducted from Your payment card as soon as possible within 14 working days of Your order.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
8.1 Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Further advice regarding this is available from Your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau. This legislation provides the following rights to cancellation for a Customer buying online or by phone.
8.2 You are entitled to cancel your contract with the Seller if You so wish, provided that You exercise Your right no longer than 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which You receive the Products or services. In effect this means that if You change Your mind or for any other reason You decide You do not want to keep the Goods or continue with a Service during the stated period, You can notify the Seller of Your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
8.3 Your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described are not affected by Our policy.
8.4 Your right to cancellation or return of Products and/or Services does NOT apply in the following situations:
8.4.1 Products are made to your specification or made to measure or are clearly personalised
8.4.2 Products are perishable and liable to expire or by their actual nature cannot be returned.
8.4.3 Products that have a Hygiene seal that You have broken
8.4.4 Products have a security seal that You have broken
8.4.5 A Service that has already been supplied by the Seller or a Service which already has been prepared for You by the Seller and has required the Seller to incur costs.
8.5 Should You wish to exercise Your right of cancellation, You are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
8.6 Should You wish to exercise the right to cancel, You must inform Us of Your decision to cancel Your contract by contacting Us directly through Your Website account stating clearly Your intention to cancel and including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel, your phone number and email address.
8.7 If You decide to cancel, You must return the goods to Us at Your cost within 14 days of the cancellation and We will refund You (using the same method payment was made for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from You choosing a different type of delivery other than Our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
8.7.1 The refund that is due to You will be processed within seven (7) working days from the day on which the returned Products have been received pass inspection.
8.8 If You return the Products or cancel a Service for any reason other than them being faulty or not as described or of unsatisfactory quality, please see 8.9 below.
8.9 If You are returning Products that are not faulty, unsatisfactory or not as described, You will be responsible for the costs of the return delivery. Similarly for a Service or Services that is/are not unsatisfactory or not as described, You shall not be entitled to cancel the Service or receive a refund.

9.1 Free Delivery is offered by the Seller on some of Our Products. Any product not offering free delivery will have a cost of delivery listed. All products listed as Free Delivery is for the UK mainland only. If your Delivery address is outside the UK mainland, please contact is delivery pricing to your Delivery address.
9.2 Details of delivery including an estimated date will be included in the “Dispatch confirmation” email sent by the Seller to confirm acceptance of your order.
9.2.1 Please note that all delivery dates quoted by the Seller are made in good faith but are approximate.
9.2.2 The Seller is not liable for any delay or changes to the delivery date as there may be events outside of their control. However, the Seller undertakes to inform You by email of any revised delivery date as soon as they are aware of the change.
9.2.3 The Seller is not liable for delivery delays unless Your Product is not delivered within 30 calendar days of placing Your order except;

9.3 Delivery will be made to the address You provided at the time Your order was placed and delivery is completed when the Products You ordered are received at this address.
9.3.1 If nobody is available to receive the delivery either a note will be left stating if it has been left with a neighbour, returned to the depot or returned to the Seller pending instructions from You to the Seller. You must follow these instructions and contact the Seller to confirm that the Products have been received or when there will be someone available at Your address to receive them. Please note that a maximum of 2 attempts will be made to deliver and thereafter You will be liable for additional charges incurred by the Seller.
9.3.2 If it is not possible to make a delivery at your address the Products will be returned to the Seller and You will be liable for any subsequent delivery charges required to fulfil Your order.
9.3.3 The Customer must contact the Seller directly using Your Website account to indicate any issues regarding delivery or non-delivery.
9.4 Your product(s) purchased from the Seller will be delivered to your requested Delivery address by either the Royal Mail and/or Courier companies. The product(s) will not necessarily be shipped direct from the Seller but could also be sent from the distributor/manufacturer, third party reseller or third-party specialist warehouse/fulfilment centre.
