Delivery and Returns
A Vendor must agree to and follow all of the Mysokoni policies.
All Vendors must state their own return policy and give you a minimum of 14 days to let them know if you want to return a purchase.
Please make sure you review the Vendor's return policy and they must tell you who will pay the return charges.
If there is a problem with your item and the Vendor is not responding in a timely manner, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order.
According to The Consumer Contracts Regulations from 13th June 2014, when a business sell an item to a consumer and there was no face to face taking place, you have 14 working days from receiving the item to get your money back by returning the item. A refund under The Consumer Contracts Regulation distance selling rules includes the shipping and postage charges unless the Vendor list on their Mysokoni account that you are responsible for the return postage.
